Gizmo RC aims to list a huge range of RC products across the brands we carry — far more than we could ever physically hold in stock at one time. Here's what that means for you as a customer.
A Wide Catalogue
We list a large number of products online, including items we don't physically hold in stock ourselves. Our goal is to give you the broadest possible selection from the brands we carry.
NZ Distributor Stock
Where possible, we note on each product whether stock is held in New Zealand at the distributor. Items showing as in stock in NZ can generally be sourced and dispatched much faster than items that need to be ordered internationally.
Stock Moves Fast
Because our site reflects distributor stock levels, there is always a chance that by the time you order, another customer has purchased the last unit. Stock levels in the RC industry can change quickly.
Our Own Brands
For brands where we are the official NZ distributor — such as RC Maker and Inov8 — we place frequent orders directly with the manufacturer and work hard to keep popular items in stock. If something is temporarily out, it's usually not for long.
● What happens if an item goes out of stock?
If you've placed an order and we find the item is no longer available — whether from our own shelves or from the NZ distributor — we will contact you promptly to let you know.
Where possible we'll provide an estimate of when the item is likely to be back in stock, so you can decide whether to wait, choose an alternative, or receive a full refund. We'll never leave you in the dark.
Can't find what you're looking for?
Not every product from every brand we carry is listed on our site, and even our suppliers don't always stock the full range of every brand they distribute. If you're after something specific that you can't find here, get in touch — we'll do our best to source it for you.

For brands where we are the NZ distributor, you can generally expect better availability and shorter wait times, as we order regularly and maintain stock of popular lines.
