We ship to all addresses within New Zealand using NZ Post / CourierPost. We do not currently offer international shipping — if you're based overseas and want to order, please contact us directly.

Delivery Times
Product held in stock is normally dispatched within 1-2 days. For products at suppliers within New Zealand, most orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Items ordered that are not in stock within New Zealand can vary, please contact us for estimates. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days depending on your location. Rural deliveries may take slightly longer.
Store Pickup
Store pickup is available from New Plymouth by appointment. Select Store Pickup at checkout and we'll contact you to arrange a suitable time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
